House of Larréon Logo Oversized Rugged Mesh Fashion Tote #2 (Purple Body/Black Straps)

Our fashion totes are made by House of Larréon for chic and sensible city living! Oversized and super-durable, they can handle everything us city gals are inclined to pick up in a day on the town. Great for traveling, too!

They are designed to last, with reinforced bottom seams, sailing bag corners, and an all-around-the-bottom strap design that will contain and support even the heaviest loads as you carry them around your city in style. The main materials are upcycled and vegan, so  enjoy with good conscience!

The durable, easy-care plastic mesh is upcycled from salvaged indoor/outdoor upholstery fabric with a gorgeous, rich gradated purple mesh, that looks like a rich blue-purple from a distance but is purple with various shades of blue and purple woven throughout when viewed up close. The oversized House of Larréon label is cut out from an upcycled step and repeat banner.  Only the black nylon webbing straps were purchased new.

This is bigger than standard tote bags, measuring 17h x 24 x 8” (imagine those enormous blue plastic IKEA bags, only slightly less wide, and much more ruly & cute). It is made from heavyweight plastic mesh. Note: it is safe in water and all kinds of weather, but it is MESH, so it is not water-resistant or water-proof: it will not protect its contents from getting wet in a serious storm or if set in standing water.

The fabric used to make this bag was salvaged in a small piece, so once this bag is gone, there will never be another one like it!
